A hydraulic component system consists of the following five parts, each with a distinct functional role:
Power Components: Such as gear pumps, vane pumps, and plunger pumps, which convert the mechanical energy of a prime mover into the pressure energy of a fluid.
Actuating Components: Such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors, which convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.
Control Components: Including pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves, which are used to regulate the pressure, flow rate, and flow direction within the system.
Auxiliary Components: Such as oil tanks, filters, accumulators, pipelines, and sealing devices, which ensure the proper operation of the system and facilitate monitoring and maintenance.
Working Medium: Typically hydraulic oil, which transmits energy while also serving functions such as lubrication, cooling, and rust prevention.
