The injection molding process primarily comprises the following key steps:

Raw Material Preparation: First, suitable plastic raw materials are selected based on product requirements. These materials may consist of pure resin or modified plastics containing various additives. The raw materials must undergo a drying process to remove moisture, thereby preventing the formation of bubbles during injection molding and safeguarding product quality.

Mold Design and Manufacturing: The mold serves as the core component of the injection molding process; its design must take into account factors such as the product's shape, dimensions, wall thickness, and shrinkage rate. Mold manufacturing requires high precision to ensure seamless compatibility with the injection molding machine, while also facilitating easy demolding and cleaning.

Injection Machine Setup: Based on the product's size and the material's characteristics, an appropriate injection molding machine is selected, and specific parameters-such as injection pressure, injection speed, holding pressure duration, and cooling time-are configured. These parameters directly influence both the quality of the finished product and overall production efficiency.

Injection Molding: The preheated plastic raw material is heated within the injection machine's barrel until it reaches a molten state, after which it is injected under high pressure into the mold cavity. During the injection phase, the speed and pressure must be carefully controlled to ensure the material fills the mold uniformly and to prevent the occurrence of defects.

Cooling and Solidification: The plastic material cools and solidifies within the mold, thereby taking on the desired product shape. The cooling time must be appropriately determined based on the specific material type and the product's wall thickness to ensure complete solidification and minimize deformation.

Demolding and Post-Processing: Once the cooling phase is complete, the mold is opened, and the finished product is extracted. The product may subsequently undergo various post-processing operations-such as deburring, trimming, and sanding-to enhance its aesthetic quality and dimensional accuracy.
